Amanda L. Kidd is an associate in the Tampa office of Roig Lawyers.
Amanda concentrates her practice in the area of Personal Injury Protection (PIP)/No-Fault litigation. She has experience defending insurance carriers in the areas of first and third-party bad faith insurance litigation, as well as insurance coverage disputes and professional negligence actions. Amanda also has prior experience representing the interests of employers and national insurance carriers in workers’ compensation claims. Amanda has an extensive background in trial practice, including serving as first and second chair in both state and federal courts.
Amanda received her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2011. She received her undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University in 2008. She is admitted to practice law in both Florida and Kentucky.
