Fall 2014 Ethics Seminar: Real World Legal Ethics: How to practice law, win cases, and make a living, all while keeping your license

Roig Lawyers attorney, John S. Leinicke, is the President of the Dade County Defense Bar Association (DCDBA). The Fall 2014 Ethics Seminar: Real World Legal Ethics: How to practice law, win cases, and make a living, all while keeping your license half-day seminar is designed for all lawyers of any experience level. Ethical guidelines, professionalism, and judicial sanctions will be discussed during this informative and entertaining program presented by some of South Florida’s most accomplished attorneys and judges.

A lunchtime panel which can be attended separately will give three judges, one from the federal bench, and two from state trial courts, the opportunity to openly share what they hate to see and hear from the attorneys who practice before them. The DCDBA is South Florida’s oldest voluntary bar organization dedicated solely to the civil defense litigator. In 1964, the DCDBA was formed to further the education, ethics, and professionalism of the local legal community. The DCDBA is a not-for-profit organization which provides each of its members the opportunity to network, socialize, and learn from the most outstanding members of the legal profession.
