Roig Lawyers Announces New Practice Group

March 18, 2015

Roig Lawyers, a minority-owned multi-practice litigation law firm dedicated to serving clients across six offices throughout Florida, continues its growth with the addition of its Community Association Law Practice Group that will advise Homeowners Community and Condominium Associations on matters of compliance with applicable state, local, and federal laws, litigation and arbitration in dealing with foreclosure, architectural/covenants, restrictions and state and local laws, turnover and post-transition issues, enforcement, interpretation, amendment of governing documents, and any other legal issues that may ensue.

The newly formed group is an extension of the Real Estate practice and will meld the extensive experience of the firm’s litigation and real estate practices into an integrated practice group that is dedicated to defending the Firm’s clients. The formation of the Community Association Law Practice Group provides a vehicle for the firm to offer a variety of services to clients.

“The diversity of skills that the members of this practice bring to the table is impressive and will enable us to offer a full-range of legal services to our community association clients. This group embodies the forward-thinking and collaborative counsel we provide clients every day,” said firm managing partner Michael A. Rosenberg.
