ROIG Lawyers Tampa Attorney Appointed Communications Committee Chair and RiskNet Online Journal Editor of the Florida Society of Healthcare Risk Management and Patient Safety

ROIG Lawyers is pleased to announce the appointment of Tampa attorney Jacqueline R.A. Root to Chair of the Communications Committee of the Florida Society of Healthcare Risk Management and Patient Safety (FSHRMPS) for 2017. In addition to chairing the Communications Committee, Root will serve as Editor of the FSHRMPS online journal, RiskNet. In both roles, Ms. Root will be developing content to provide insight to the various challenges and approaches to Risk Management, and to enhance and encourage interaction between Risk Management professionals state-wide.

The Florida Society for Health Care Risk Management and Patient Safety (FSHRMPS) is a state wide professional development association comprised of members who are Health Care Risk Management and Patient Safety Professionals. The mission of the organization is to advance the practice of health care risk management and patient safety in Florida through core values of integrity, collaboration and innovation. The FSHRMPS is a state affiliate of the American Society for Health Care Risk Management.
