Caroline concentrates her practice in third-party litigation defense including catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, PIP and bodily injury claims, premises liability, and coverage opinions. She performs all of the duties of a trial lawyer from pre-suit through trial.
Caroline has represented a variety of clients, including nationwide insurance carriers, commercial trucking companies and medical malpractice carriers. She served as an Assistant State Attorney for Orange and Osceola Counties. Her trial experience includes both civil and criminal cases which she tried to verdict.
With over 15 years of experience in insurance defense, Caroline has developed a broad-based practice. She has handled a wide variety of cases ranging from medical malpractice to wrongful death related to a motor vehicle accident, nursing home negligence to premises liability.
Caroline obtained her Bachelor's Degree from the University of California at San Diego in 1990. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the Wake Forest University School of Law in 1996.
