Siona R. Bieber is a partner in the Miami office of Roig Lawyers.

Clients often seek an attorney who is able to identify case issues before they do and educate their team on the ever-changing case law impacting their company. Siona fits the bill, as she truly cares to provide meaningful and comprehensive counsel to her clients. She concentrates her practice in personal injury protection (PIP) and insurance fraud (SIU) litigation and has extensive experience in insurance defense litigation. Siona collaborates with her clients to develop strategy on cases involving a multitude of legal issues, such as sufficiency of insurance contract language, qualification for coverage, and Medicare coding policies and procedures applicable to adjustment of insurance claims. She is passionate about educating and presents both internally and to external groups and companies regarding complex, hot topics in insurance litigation. Clients love her because she is thorough, dependable, patient, and full of energy.

Prior to joining Roig Lawyers, Siona worked with civil defense firms handling cases involving automobile negligence, medical malpractice, first-party property, PIP and SIU litigation, as well as general and professional liability matters. She has also represented clients in a variety of complex family law matters, including dissolutions of marriage, and post-decree modification and enforcement proceedings. While attending law school, Siona worked as a certified legal intern for Gator TeamChild, the Juvenile Law Clinic at the University of Florida. There, she was an advocate for children as their attorney ad litem in delinquency, dependency, administrative, and educational matters.

Siona was born in New York, grew up in Louisville, Kentucky, and is proud to now call South Florida “home.” When she is not advocating for clients, you can find Siona at the yoga studio or walking her mini poodle, Bailey.
