Social network profiles are a fertile source of information concerning an individual's lifestyle as well as their physical and emotional condition before and after a traumatic event. These profiles provide useful insight and potential evidence to successfully defend any type of negligence claim such as including personal injury, medical malpractice, professional liability and employment litigation.
