ROIG Lawyers partner Jessica Z. Martin and attorney Cecile Mendizabal will present a CEU Institute webinar titled "Legal Update: Auto Liability / PIP & Trucking Claims."

This program is a comprehensive review of case law, trends, and developments in the area of automobile- specifically BI and PIP law. This course will help an adjuster differentiate case law and distinguish the facts. The instructor will review the importance of analyzing the facts when comparing them to relevant (or irrelevant?!) case law. This course gives insight into strategic legal analysis, and how the adjuster can make decisions more quickly and more accurately.
