Roig Lawyers Obtains Judgment on Behalf of Client

Roig Lawyers partner, Stephen G. Mellor, obtained a judgment in favor of Roig Lawyers’ client by the Honorable Reginald L. Corlew in the County Court of Palm Beach County.
Defendant insurer’s Motion for Final Summary Judgment was granted based on exhaustion of benefits pre-suit and finding that the defendant insurer did not act in bad faith. The Court held that Roig Lawyers’ client was not required to set aside a reserve fund for services that are denied or reduced as it would be unreasonable and detrimental to the insured.
