ROIG Lawyers Miami Attorney to Participate in “Regulating Medical Marijuana” Panel
ROIG Lawyers attorney John S. Leinicke will be participating as a panelist in the “Regulating Medical Marijuana” program at the Dade County Bar Association 6th Annual Florida’s Grand Bench and Bar Conference 2017 taking place on February 10th at the Coral Gables Country Club. The “Regulating Medical Marijuana” program is one of four 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm sessions being offered during the day-long conference.
The Dade County Bar Association will host a large number of prominent and experienced judges, General Counsels, attorneys, business leaders, and in-house lawyers at this year’s Grand Bench & Bar Conference – the largest yearly bar conference in Florida.
About the Attorney
Leinicke’s practice primarily focuses on first-party litigation, fraud investigation, and statutory compliance issues involving medical licensure. John also has experience in the practice areas of medical malpractice and product liability and is a licensed by the as a Florida Health Care Risk Manager by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. He is the current president of the Dade County Defense Bar Association (DCDBA) and the sponsorship vice-chair of the DRI Young Lawyers Steering Committee. John is a graduate of Boston University (B.A., 2004) and the University of Miami School of Law (J.D., 2008).
