Samantha P. Mizeras

Samantha P. Mizeras is an attorney in the Jacksonville office of Roig Lawyers.

Sam concentrates her practice in the areas of Personal Injury Protection/No-Fault litigation, insurance services, and appellate practice. She handles all aspects of insurance defense and is experienced in investigating and defending claims.                                                                                                   

Prior to joining the firm, Sam gained invaluable courtroom and litigation experience as an Assistant State Attorney in Jacksonville. Sam also honed her research and writing skills while working as a Judicial Staff Attorney in the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida. Throughout her career, Sam has successfully represented various insurance carriers in personal injury protection, premises liability, and bodily injury/uninsured motorist disputes.
