The Statutory Pre-Suit Demand: Requirements, Significance and Landmines

This course will go over the statutory requirements for a pre suit demand letter under the Florida No-Fault statute. It will address the requirements for the substance of the letter, legal and practical implications for noncompliant letters, relevant case law, and strategic risks involved due to the sunset of attorney’s fees provisions.
