Angelo Mancini Obtained an Excellent Result on a Motion to Compel Arbitration

How did Angelo Mancini, an attorney in the Orlando office, recently obtain an excellent result in Clay County on a Motion to Compel Arbitration?!

The court found that the terms of two different arbitration agreements contained arbitration provisions that required the plaintiffs to have their claims arbitrated in lieu of a jury trial. As a result of Angelo’s motion, the court continued proceedings and held that the agreements were valid, binding, and enforceable. The court further found that our client did not waive its right to arbitrate despite arguments to the contrary from plaintiffs.
