Attorney Miguel Roura of Roig Lawyers to Speak at Tampa Office of Travelers Insurance Company on the Accident Report Privilege

Roig, Tutan, Rosenberg, Martin, Stoller, Zumpano & Bellido, a minority-owned litigation law firm dedicated to serving clients across seven offices throughout Florida, is pleased to announce that attorney Miguel Roura will be presenting an educational seminar in the Tampa office of Travelers Insurance Company on Tuesday, July 15, 2014.

Travelers SIU investigators will join Miguel in the presentation, which will be attended by Travelers liability adjusters.

About Miguel R. Roura: Miguel is a senior associate in the firm’s Tampa office, concentrating his practice in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and insurance fraud litigation involving Special Investigation Units (SIU) within insurance carriers. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate attorney in the St. Petersburg office of Banker Lopez Gassler P.A.

Miguel also served as Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, and as a judicial intern with the Honorable James D. Whittemore, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division. While in law school, Mr. Roura was the Recent Developments Editor for the Stetson Law Review. He received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, DeLand, in 2008, and is a member of the Florida Bar and the St. Petersburg Bar Association.
