Roig Lawyers Jacksonville Partner Dawn M. Carsten will be presenting the continuing education course, “How High? Insurance & Medical Marijuana” for the North Florida CPCU Society Chapter, Inc. on Thursday, August 15th at The River Club.

Course Overview

The purpose of this course is to educate and inform SIU adjusters, claims adjusters, and attorneys of the effects of legalized marijuana on various lines of insurance coverage compare insurance coverage for legalized marijuana with other highly regulated substances such as alcohol and tobacco, and discusses ethical obligations and pitfalls.
