Michael Rosenberg, Managing Partner of Roig Lawyers, is Recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as a “Power Leader”
Roig, Tutan, Rosenberg, Martin & Stoller, P.A., a minority-owned litigation law firm dedicated to serving clients across seven offices throughout Florida, is pleased to announce that Managing Partner Michael Rosenberg was named to the South Florida Business Journal’s list of “2014 Power Leaders in Law and Accounting” published in the May 23—29, 2014 edition. Honorees were recognized “because of notable contributions in their respective specialty areas.”
About Michael Rosenberg: From the time he was named partner in 2009, Michael has worked closely with founder Fernando Roig to grow the firm to more than 104 attorneys in seven offices across the state of Florida. Michael has overseen thousands of cases through settlement, negotiation, or litigation. He has taken on complex insurance cases that included potential coverage conflicts or lacked legal clarity, and managed disputes involving motor vehicle, wrongful death, premises liability, and commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Michael gained insight into the plaintiff’s approach to case management while serving as an associate for a prominent personal injury law firm.
He works hand-in-hand with claims professionals in the fight against fraud. In this capacity, he leads the firm’s insurance defense team as they assist clients with a finely-tuned case management workflow system designed to help distinguish between fraudulent and legitimate claims.
Recently, Michael’s strategic planning efforts have resulted in the addition of many new senior-level attorneys who are AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. The firm is expanding beyond its insurance defense roots to become a full-service litigation firm offering capabilities in commercial litigation, construction litigation, real estate litigation, labor and employment law, immigration, and other areas.
A native of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Michael has lived in South Florida since 2001.
The firm shall be known as Roig, Tutan, Rosenberg, Martin, Stoller, Zumpano & Bellido effective June 16, 2014.
