Roig Lawyers Admiralty and Maritime Attorney Selected to Claims and Litigation Management Alliance

Roig Lawyers, a minority-owned, multi-practice litigation law firm dedicated to serving clients across six offices throughout Florida, is pleased to announce that Craig P. Liszt has been invited to join the prestigious Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM).

The CLM is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, Corporate Counsel, Litigation and Risk Managers, claims professionals, and attorneys. Through education and collaboration, the organization’s goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.

Craig has over 7 years of legal experience practicing all aspects of admiralty and maritime law. Craig handles all types of marine-related litigation, including Jones Act, passenger claims, recreational marine claims, collision/allision cases, product liability claims, first-party marine insurance coverage disputes, marine salvage, liens, environmental pollution, and grounding claims, and international arbitration of seamen’s claims. He has represented a number of large cruise line corporations and various large insurance companies. Craig graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and from the University of North Texas.
