ROIG Lawyers’ Attorneys Present Two Courses to Insurance Adjusters

ROIG Lawyers managing partner, Michael A. Rosenberg, Orlando partner Scharome R. Wolfe and Miami attorney Paul Michael Gabe, presented two courses titled “Examinations Under Oath- Back to the Future” and “The Subtleties and Technicalities of IME Reports in Insurance Defense Litigation” to 60 insurance adjusters.

About the Attorneys

Michael’s practice focuses on litigating complex insurance cases in the areas of fraud (SIU) investigations, Personal Injury Protection (PIP)/No-Fault litigation, and Examinations Under Oath (EUO) in federal and state courts. He has managed disputes involving motor vehicle, wrongful death, premises liability, and commercial litigation matters. His experience also includes oversight for the defense of business owners, property managers, and other parties in business disputes brought across the state.

Scharome has more than 13 years of legal experience with her main practice concentrated on insurance defense litigation. She has experience in general auto defense; real property litigation including premises liability; construction defects; fraud and abuse in personal injury protection (PIP); uninsured motorist, bodily injury and general liability arenas; bad faith defense litigation; and affirmative litigation and declaratory judgment actions on behalf of insurance carriers. Wolfe has also handled special investigations into suspicious injury, medical, theft and fire claims, including conducting examinations under oath (EUO), debt collection and creditor bankruptcy defense.

Paul practices in the areas of insurance coverage and Personal Injury Protection (PIP)/No-Fault litigation and fraud (SIU) investigations. He also has significant experience in commercial finance, asset-based finance, governmental lobbying, intellectual property, premises liability and complex business litigation.
