Roig Lawyers Continues Expansion of Litigation Practice Group

Roig Lawyers, a minority-owned multi-practice litigation law firm dedicated to serving clients across six offices throughout Florida, is pleased to announce that Ryan J. Smollar has joined as an associate in the Litigation practice group in the firm’s Deerfield Beach office.

Ryan concentrates his practice in Personal Injury Protection (PIP)/No-Fault litigation. He has litigated cases from inception through preparation for trial. His litigation experience includes negotiating settlements, arguing motions at special set hearings, and drafting, reviewing, revising, and finalizing motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, discovery responses, and status reports for industry-leading insurance companies.

Prior to joining the firm, Ryan represented clients in the areas of estate planning, asset protection, Medicaid planning, and probate administration at the Law Offices of Mindy Stein, P.A.

Ryan is a graduate of Florida State University (B.A., 2008) and St. Thomas University, School of Law, (J.D., 2012).
