Roig Lawyers Hosts BCBA County Court Insurance Section CLE Luncheon

Roig Lawyers is proud to announce that it will be hosting the Broward County Bar Association’s County Court Insurance Section CLE, “What’s New in County Court Insurance Law – A Snapshot from the Judicial Conference” on Thursday, October 3rd at 12:00 pm in its Deerfield Beach office.

The CLE will be presented by The Honorable Daniel J. Kanner, The Honorable Giuseppina Miranda and Roig Firm Managing Partner Michael Rosenberg.

The course will present a discussion of the highlights of the recent Annual Conference of County Court Judges of Florida addressing developments in law and practice related to County Civil, including insurance law; expert witnesses and Daubert; bankruptcy of a plaintiff provider; and administrative issues frequently arising in County insurance cases.
