Roig Lawyers Law Clerk Advances to Final Round in Oxford, England in Moot Court Competition

Roig Lawyers, a minority-owned multi-practice litigation law firm dedicated to serving clients across six offices throughout Florida, is pleased to announce that Katrina Sacayanan along with the Florida International University Moot Court team advanced to the Price Competition International Final Rounds, to be held in Oxford, UK, in late March 2015.

Sacayanan and her team advanced through seven rounds over the course of two days at the Monroe Price International Media Law Moot Court Competition in New York City to reach the Final Round.

The Regional Rounds of the competition are organized in association with the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City and the Annenberg School for Communication, University of Pennsylvania. The competition gives participants from Latin America, the Caribbean and the United States the opportunity to interact with leading academics, policymakers, and industry players, both from the United States and abroad.

Sacayanan is a Juris Doctor candidate at Florida International University and is a graduate of the University of Florida (B.A., 2012).
