ROIG Lawyers Orlando Partner Gets Certified as Civil Court Mediator

ROIG Lawyers is please to announce that John E. Eckard II, managing partner of ROIG’s Orlando office, has become a certified Florida Supreme Court Circuit/Civil Court Mediator. Through the certification process, attorneys have the unique opportunity to learn all aspects of mediation and define their individualized mediation style that will help in every day practice.

Circuit court mediation involves civil cases other than family matters in circuit court with disputes involving more than $15,000. Cases can involve estates, minors, incapacitated persons, tax disputes, actions to determine title and boundaries of real estate, and declaratory judgments.
