ROIG Partner Appointed to Palm Beach County Bar Association Committees
Roig Lawyers is pleased to announce that Drew Stoller has been appointed to serve on the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Judicial Relations Committees for the Palm Beach County Bar Association (PBCBA).
The ADR Committee promotes the use of ADR to lawyers, businesses and the public by sponsoring programs which enhance ADR skills. The Judicial Relations Committee serves as liaison between the Bar and the Judiciary; it plans, implements and coordinates programs for better relations between the Bench and Bar, including the annual Bench Bar Conference, Judicial Lunch seminar series, judicial relations spokespersons who conduct in person meetings with the judges, and the bi-annual judicial evaluations administered by the PBCBA.
The Palm Beach County Bar Association was founded in 1922. The mission is to serve its members, foster professionalism and enhance the public’s understanding and awareness of the legal system. The Palm Beach County Bar Association is active in providing numerous public service activities and giving back to the community.
Drew concentrates his practice in insurance defense litigation and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) cases throughout Florida, including Palm Beaches, Treasure Coast, Space Coast and Central Florida. Drew has devoted 12 years to developing close working relationships with national and regional insurance companies. He defends carriers on a variety of issues including staged accidents, coverage issues, examinations under oath, breach of contract disputes, declaratory actions, and petitions for writs of discovery. He also has extensive experience with investigations pertaining to insurance fraud.
Drew is a graduate of the University of South Florida (B.A., 1994) and Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center (J.D., 1998).
