Roig Lawyers Welcomes Jarret S. McNeill as Partner in Deerfield Beach Office

McNeill has joined the firm as a Partner in its Deerfield Beach office, bringing more than 15 years of legal experience and an extensive background in insurance defense, transportation network litigation, maritime law, commercial property claims, and complex civil litigation.

Throughout his career, McNeill has represented major insurance carriers, national transportation network providers, and cruise lines in state and federal courts across Florida. His experience spans all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigations and case evaluations to discovery, mediation, arbitration, and trial. His strategic approach and extensive courtroom experience further strengthen the firm’s litigation capabilities and commitment to delivering effective, results-driven representation.

Earlier in his career, McNeill spent nearly six years as an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where he first- and second-chaired nearly 50 trials to verdict. His prosecutorial background provides a strong foundation in trial advocacy, litigation strategy, and courtroom preparation.

McNeill earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in English and Creative Writing from Kenyon College. He is admitted to practice law in Florida.
