Seven Summer Law Clerks Join ROIG Lawyers for 10-Week Program

June 3, 2016

Seven law school students have joined ROIG Lawyers as part of the 2016 Summer Law Clerks program.

As bigger law firms curtail their summer associate programs, ROIG Lawyers showed its continued commitment to the future of the legal industry by placing law school students in four of its offices. ROIG attorneys will mentor the summer law clerks, giving them valuable, real-world experience and a taste of the firm’s unique culture. The exceptional law school students—who will work a minimum of 10 weeks—will attend client conferences, depositions, motion hearings, mediations and arbitrations, and networking activities. Participants in the 2016 Summer Law Clerks program are:

Angelo Mancini (Deerfield Beach office), who will graduate from Penn State University Dickinson Law in 2017. This is his second summer at ROIG.

Shane Chernoff (Deerfield Beach office), who will graduate from Florida State College of Law in December 2016 and is working his second summer at ROIG.

Ninozka “Nina” Rodriguez (Deerfield Beach office), who will graduate from American University’s Washington College of Law in 2017.

Alexandra “Lexi” Gioseffi (West Palm Beach office), who will graduate from Emory University School of Law in 2017.

Edgar Sanchez (Miami office), who will graduate from University of Florida’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 2017.

Marlin Muller (Miami office), who will graduate from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2017.

Richard Phelps (Orlando office), who will graduate from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2017. This is the second summer for Richard, who is a part-time clerk during the school year.
