Stephen Mellor brought home a WIN for his client after 7 years of Litigation and several hearings on Motions for Summary Judgment and Motions for Rehearing!
The Judge granted a Final Judgment for our client on a case dealing with a New Hampshire policy of insurance in which the benefits exhausted in Medical Payments Coverage with the Court finding that Florida PIP benefits would not extend to the patient pursuant to the insurance policy language.
Stephen’s primary practice deals with out-of-state policy and coverage disputes in First Party PIP and Medical Expense Claims.
