ROIG Lawyers Attorney Successfully Opposed Declaratory Petition for Relief

Ursula C. Cogswell of ROIG’s Deerfield Beach office successfully opposed a Declaratory Petition for Relief by the Plaintiff on behalf of a national insurance carrier.
Ms. Cogswell effectively argued that this Declaratory Action did not properly comply with the requirements of Chapter 86, Florida Statute. The Circuit Court agreed with her.
