Eily is our associate in our Miami office. She previously served as a Legal Intern with GEICO Staff Counsel in Fort Lauderdale, where she supported a team of attorneys on personal injury protection (PIP) and glass claims. Her responsibilities included drafting motions for summary judgment, affidavits, and discovery materials, as well as assisting with docket review, filings, and case preparation. Through this role, she has developed a strong understanding of litigation processes and the nuances of Florida’s insurance landscape.
Prior to joining GEICO, Eily worked as a Senior Legal Assistant at The Aguilera Law Center, P.A., where she gained hands-on experience in drafting contracts, pleadings, and trial materials for civil cases. She also played an integral role in client communications and marketing initiatives, including managing the firm’s social media presence and producing client newsletters. Her combination of legal and communication skills reflects a practical, well-rounded approach to client representation.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
