Jacqueline Katz is an attorney in the Tampa office of Roig Lawyers.
Jacqueline concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance services, first-party property and Personal Injury Protection/No-Fault litigation. She has significant experience handling all aspects of litigation. Specifically, she has defended PIP claims on the basis of coverage, unlawful treatment, unlawful licensing, medical necessity, relatedness, fraud, false and misleading statements, and reasonableness of the charges and treatment.
Jacqueline has defended all types of first-party property matters, including denials based on policy conditions, hurricane claims, water/mold mitigation claims, and windstorm claims.
Prior to joining Roig lawyers, Jacqueline was an associate for a state-wide firm, where she concentrated in insurance defense and worker’s compensation defense claims. Jacqueline received her bachelor of arts in philosophy from the Florida International University in 2006 and her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 2010. While attending Stetson University College of Law, Jacqueline served as the Vice-President of the Hispanic bar association.
Jacqueline is a native of Miami, Florida.
