Jadarius J. Eason

JaDarius J. Eason is an associate in the Tampa office of Roig Lawyers.

JaDarius concentrates his practice in Pip Litigation and Bodily Injury.

JaDarius has extensive proficiency in legal research, oral argument, and resolving cases in client’s favor.
Prior to joining the firm, JaDarius gained invaluable legal experience at several law firms practicing an array of legal matters.

JaDarius J. Eason. Was born and raised in Memphis, TN. He always knew that he would be an attorney since the age of 15 years old. In 2014 he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Memphis. He was accepted into Law school and two months after graduation he moved to Jacksonville to attend Florida Coastal School of Law.

While in Law school, he ultimately took an interest in oral advocacy and serving of his community. JaDarius received his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law where and was recognized with the most pro bono honors in his class.

After passing the bar exam JaDarius Eason began his career as a Assistant Public Defender in the 13th Judicial Circuit. While practicing JaDarius further his skills in legal drafting, research, and oral advocacy. JaDarius sat first and second chair on numerous jury trials, including high profile cases which returned verdicts in his client’s favor.
Prior to joining ROIG, JaDarius practiced lemon law, which he advocated for consumers who received defective vehicles.

JaDarius is a mentor and advocates his message of overcoming adversity by beating the odds to the youth in his community and beyond. JaDarius is a firm believer that teamwork makes the dream work.
In his off time JaDarius enjoys spending time with his wife and 6-year-old daughter (CheerDad). His hobbies include traveling, weight training, and cooking. He is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. and actively participates in community service.
