Nathalie Acosta is an associate in the Miami office of Roig Lawyers.

Nathalie Acosta concentrates her practice in the area of Personal Injury Protection (PIP)/No-Fault litigation. She handles all aspects of insurance defense litigation including examinations under oath, depositions, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and preparation for trial.

Nathalie has extensive proficiency conducting settlement negotiations and global settlements. She also has in-depth knowledge of various investigative techniques, detailed claim demands, fee schedule calculations. Nathalie consistently remains up to date on any current IME, EMC and EUO developments in the law.

Prior to joining the firm, Nathalie gained invaluable legal insight while working at a Florida personal injury firm on various personal injury and premises liability matters. She was also a judicial intern in the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida in Miami.
