Scott M. Resch

Scott M. Resch is an attorney in the Orlando office of Roig Lawyers. His current practice is concentrated on insurance defense of PIP litigation and SIU matters including Examinations Under Oath, from the early claims stages through trial as necessary.

Prior to joining Roig Lawyers, Scott represented both Plaintiff’s and Defendant’s in a wide variety of cases and claims, including bodily injury/uninsured motorist, premises liability, products liability, construction defect, employment disputes, and trademark disputes. He also previously owned his own law firm, serving as a complex litigation e-discovery contractor for some of the world’s largest AmLaw 100 firms, as well as serving several years as general counsel to one of the largest craft beer homebrewing manufacturers in the US.

As a longtime resident of Orlando, Scott received his law degree from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2013. Before that, he attended the University of Central Florida, graduating in 2009 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and a minor from the Rosen School of Hospitality Management.

Although originally hailing from the West Coast, Scott is a proud UCF Knight and happy to call Orlando home.
