Nelson Bellido Elected as Chair for the Miami-Dade Commission on Ethics & Public Trust

Nelson C. Bellido, the Managing Partner of the Miami office of Roig Lawyers, has been elected as the Chair of the Miami-Dade Commission on Ethics & Public Trust.
Having been appointed to a fourth term by Chief Judge Bertila Soto, Nelson is the longest-serving commissioner on the Ethics Commission, where he has served since 2010 and previously served as chair from 2014-2016. Congratulations to Nelson and thank you for your service to Miami-Dade County.
About the Miami-Dade Commission on Ethics and Public Trust
The Ethics Commission was created in 1996 as a result of a citizens’ vote to amend the Home Rule charter. It is an independent agency with advisory and quasi-judicial powers.
