We are proud to announce that Miami Managing Partner Nelson C. Bellido and Deerfield Beach Attorney Sharhonda Robinson-Edwards have been selected to moderate two panels at the upcoming National Association of Minority & Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) 2019 Driving Diversity & Leadership Conference.
As co-chair of NAMWOLF’s Trials Practice Area Committee, Nelson will moderate the committee’s CLE, “Securing the Scene – The Trial Lawyer’s Role in Crisis Management.” The Trials PAC will present an interactive demonstration of a trial lawyer’s value during the first 48 hours of a crisis. Nelson will be joined by Catherine A. La Fleur of La Fleur Law, Katie B. Johnson of Sutton Booker, Michael Canaras of The Home Depot, and Frank A. Bear of Walgreen Co.
As co-chair of NAMWOLF’s Emerging Leader Initiative, Sharhonda will moderate the group’s panel session, “The Art of Effective Client Communication & Avoiding Communication Crises.” The session will focus on how effective client communication can have a significant impact on a lawyer’s practice, success, and future business development.
