Featuring partners from some of the nation’s leading law firms, this book guides the reader through crucial topics, such as the importance of a top-down approach to diversity, the need to integrate inclusion across all parts of the firm, and the advantages of employing lawyers with a wide range of viewpoints.

Fernando’s innovative and transformative approach to law firm leadership has been instrumental in the firm’s growth over the past decade.
