Jaykob Quintana is an associate in the Miami office of Roig Lawyers.
Jaykob specializes in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and insurance fraud (SIU) litigation. He manages all facets of insurance defense litigation, from drafting pre-trial motions to attending hearings and conducting examinations under oath/depositions.
Prior to joining Roig Lawyers, Jaykob worked with civil defense firms handling cases involving first-party property, PIP, and SIU litigation, as well as general civil litigation matters.
Jaykob earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in 2019. While in law school, he was a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Magistrate Judge John J. O’Sullivan, as well as an intern with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, Eleventh Judicial Circuit in the Felony Crimes Division.
