PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
While attending law school, Jessica served on the Nova Law Review and worked as a law clerk at Roig Lawyers, gaining experience in insurance defense and claims analysis.
After earning her B.S. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2005 and her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law in 2010, she developed a strong practice handling PIP/no-fault claims, fraud investigations, and first-party insurance disputes. Admitted to practice in Florida (2010) and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida (2013), Jessica is now a Senior Associate in Roig Lawyers’ Orlando office.
