This case involved an admitted liability semi-truck accident with visible crush damage to the Plaintiff’s car. Based on the damage, the car was deemed to be a total loss.
The past medical injuries included a single level fusion and bills in excess of 250k. The Plaintiff asked for past medical expenses, along with pain and suffering in excess of $2,400,000. The Verdict came back in our clients favor of only $28,000.
