PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Benjamin earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where he graduated in the top one-third of his class and received a Merit Scholarship. While in law school, he was an active member of the Trial Team and competed in multiple mock trial competitions, including the Florida Justice Association Mock Trial Competition.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Benjamin gained extensive practical litigation experience working as a legal assistant and paralegal for Florida law firms handling insurance defense, workers’ compensation, discrimination, social security disability, and civil litigation matters.
