Denise Kiser

Denise Kiser is an attorney at the Deerfield Beach office of Roig Lawyers.

Denise is an accomplished lawyer with over 17 years of experience. Her main areas of practice are in bodily injury/uninsured motorist, wrongful death, premises liability, and negligent security.

Denise began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney and served in the Special Victim Unit for over seven years. She tried numerous felony trials, including capital homicide, and argued complicated motions involving complex legal issues to the Court.

Denise continued her career by transitioning to insurance defense. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in-house for a major insurance company in Florida and gained invaluable insight working at private firms where she focused on insurance defense litigation.
