Samantha P. Mizeras

Samantha Mizeras is an attorney in the Jacksonville office of Roig Lawyers.

Sam concentrates her practice in the areas of civil litigation, corporate representation, and insurance services. Sam is also a part of the firm’s Appellate Division providing appellate services to the firm’s clients. Sam handles all aspects of insurance defense and is experienced in investigating and defending claims.                                                                                                            

Prior to joining the firm, Sam gained invaluable courtroom and litigation experience as an Assistant State Attorney in Jacksonville. Sam also honed her research and writing skills while working as a Judicial Staff Attorney in the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida. In that position, she provided legal support to the judges of the Fourth Judicial Circuit. Throughout her career, Sam has successfully represented various insurance carriers in personal injury protection, premises liability, and bodily injury/uninsured motorist disputes.
