Barbi L. Feldman is a Partner in the Jacksonville office of Roig Lawyers. Barbi brings more than 25 years of experience in civil litigation, mediation, arbitration, and insurance defense to the firm. Her practice focuses on complex litigation matters, including workers’ compensation, general liability, appellate advocacy, and alternative dispute resolution. She is widely recognized for her ability to manage high-volume caseloads while delivering strategic, cost-effective solutions to her clients.

Throughout her career, Barbi has served as managing partner and shareholder at prominent Florida law firms, where she led civil litigation, mediation, and arbitration divisions. She has extensive experience representing insurers, employers, and businesses in workers’ compensation and civil litigation matters across Florida. Barbi is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and Certified Arbitrator, further strengthening her ability to guide clients through alternative dispute resolution processes efficiently and effectively.

Before joining Roig Lawyers, Barbi was a shareholder and managing partner of the civil litigation division at Vecchio, Carrier, Feldman & Johannessen, P.A. She previously held leadership roles at several other firms, including serving as managing attorney for civil litigation divisions and overseeing regional offices. Her experience also includes serving as a law clerk and bailiff for the Chief Judge of the Superior Court of Spokane County during law school.

Barbi’s extensive legal and leadership experience enables her to provide practical and innovative counsel tailored to her clients’ unique challenges. Her commitment to attorney development, community involvement, and client service has earned her recognition throughout the legal community, including an AV® Preeminent™ rating by Martindale-Hubbell.

Barbi earned her law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List and awarded the CALI Award for Negotiation and Mediation. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida, where she was honored with multiple leadership awards and distinctions. She is admitted to practice in Florida and in all three U.S. District Courts in the state.
