Jeff Greenberg is an attorney in the Orlando office of Roig Lawyers. Jeff focuses his practice on insurance defense, including automotive liability, premises liability, general liability, and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) matters. He also brings significant experience in complex litigation, contract disputes, and leveraging technology-driven solutions to improve litigation efficiency and outcomes.
Throughout his career, Jeff has represented insurance carriers, business owners, and individuals in high-stakes disputes across Florida. He is known for his ability to navigate complex cases with precision, from pre-suit evaluations through litigation and resolution.
Before joining Roig Lawyers, Jeff served as managing partner at a boutique Florida law firm, where he developed advanced litigation tools and workflows designed to optimize case management and reduce costs for clients. Previously, he was an associate at a national law firm specializing in insurance defense. His earlier roles include serving as Legal Director at an engineering firm, where he co-invented multiple patented technologies in the aerospace and energy sectors, and as CEO of a multi-practitioner medical practice, where he turned around a failing business to profitability.
Jeff’s diverse professional experience – including leadership roles in law, engineering, and healthcare – provides him with a multidisciplinary perspective that strengthens his legal counsel and assists clients in achieving innovative and efficient outcomes. He is particularly valued for his strategic, data-informed approach to litigation and his commitment to client-focused solutions.
Jeff earned his law degree from Washington College of Law at American University and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy and Political Science from Tulane University. He is admitted to practice in Florida.
