Crystal J. Valencia is a partner in the Orlando office of Roig Lawyers.
Crystal currently concentrates her practice primarily on civil litigation as outside counsel defending a Fortune 200 technology company against various claims of vicarious and direct negligence involving gig economy services such as negligent hiring, retention, supervision, agency, apparent agency, partnership, joint venture, as well as products liability. She works closely with in-house counsel in crafting and implementing successful litigation strategy from inception to disposition and is best known for her ability to skillfully and efficiently obtain favorable results for clients by way of voluntary dismissals or lower leveraged resolution through motion practice. She is also a trial attorney with a robust background in insurance defense, including Special Investigations Unit (SIU), Bodily Injury (BI), Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and general liability and has worked with various insurance companies throughout the state.
Crystal is approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services to teach continuing education courses to insurance adjusters.

Crystal received her Juris Doctor from the Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in 2012 and her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in 2007.
