William K. Pratt is an attorney in the Orlando office of Roig Lawyers.

Bill dedicates his practice to defending insurance companies and their insureds in home, auto, and commercial claims throughout the state of Florida. He has significant experience with investigation of fraudulent or suspicious claims involving automobile accidents, personal injury protection, bodily injury, property and commercial claims. Bill has worked closely with both large and small insurance companies to assist with their claims handling practices.

Bill frequently lectures at seminars and conferences on topics concerning legal issues and trial practice, general insurance defense and SIU matters. He routinely provides continuing education training on various issues for insurance companies and insurance organizations throughout Florida and the United States.

Bill is admitted to practice law in all Florida state courts and in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Bill attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He then attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, now known as Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. After graduating from law school, Bill became a member of the Florida Bar in the fall of 2000.
