For more than two decades, William “Bill” Pratt has built a reputation as a trusted advocate for insurers, known for uncovering fraud and delivering practical, cost-effective litigation strategies across Florida.   

William K. Pratt concentrates his practice on insurance defense, representing insurers and their insureds in home, auto, and commercial claims throughout Florida. Bill began his legal career after earning his J.D. from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School (formerly Thomas M. Cooley Law School) and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Florida. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
